Widespread demonstrations against murder of DEO Nawab Ali

A flood of students, teachers and civil society members took onto roads at every corner of the district protesting against the murder of district education officer Nawab Ali in Kohistan.
The students and teachers of all private and government schools took out rallies on the Karakoram highway and gathered at Bisham square and blocked the main artery for all sorts of traffic. they chanted slogans against the MPA, police and DC for alleged involvement in the murder case.
Addressing the protesting students and teachers, the speakers demanded of the government to arrest the culprits as well as police heads, MPA and DC Kolai Pallas Kohistan for their alleged involvement in the educationist murder.
They also unanimously passed resolution to end the district status of Kolai Pallas Kohistan as they not deserve of district where they kill officers.
The protests also held in Pattan lower Kohistan and all parts of Shangla, Puran, Chakesar, Shahapur, Martung, Karora, Dehrai, Alpuri, Dandai ad other areas.
Earlier this, students and teachers in every government private schools prayed for the departed DEO soul rest in peace and the national flag was remained half-mast in all the government schools.
